Good to know before you start.
Do I need the internet?
Yes. Remote viewing, account access and synchronisation require an internet connection. The calendar on the home tablet can work without the server.
Can I use my own tablet?
Yes, if your tablet and camera are compatible. A subscription does not make every device compatible; equipment must be checked before connection.
Where can I see photos and videos?
In the app or your online account. Media is organised by type and date. You can open photos and videos and zoom in.
How long are recordings stored?
Storage terms and retention periods must be agreed when choosing a subscription. Unlimited storage or an unconfirmed retention period is not promised.
What about iPhone?
The main mobile app is prepared for Android. Please check the availability of individual features on iPhone and in the browser before connecting.
Can I unlock the door or talk to visitors?
This offer covers camera viewing, photos, videos, a calendar and reminders. Lock control and two-way voice communication are not included.
